Hollie Holder

Program Director & Certified PATH International Instructor

Hollie has been involved with Horse Play, Inc. since 2015. She started off as a volunteer helping here and there. In 2017, she decided to become a regular volunteer. Later that same year, Hollie started the process of becoming a PATH certified riding instructor. Then in 2020, she became Program Director for Horse Play, Inc. To quote Hollie, "My heart for the program grows more every year." Hollie is also on our Board of Directors.

Katie Alderman

Horsemanship Instructor & Certified PATH International Instructor

Katie is a Registered Nurse at Harton Region Medical Center. She is also a Health Science Teacher at Tullahoma City Schools. She has a passion for working with children and horses. She is also the owner of one of our therapy horses, Ralph.

Emily Placido

Volunteer Coordinator

Emily is retired from the Financial and Insurance industry. After moving to Tullahoma, TN from Orlando, FL, she was looking for a place to serve and help the community. She started out as a side-walker and horse leader at Horse Play, Inc. Emily was then offered the job as Volunteer Coordinator, where she says, "it has taught me so much about therapy horses. The volunteers are the backbone of the organization and it’s a pleasure and honor to work with them. I love it!”

Cristen Bain

Currently in training to become a Certified PATH International Instructor

Cristen is a Certified Nursing Assistant and is currently studying to become a Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist besides studying to become a Certified PATH International Instructor for Horse Play, Inc. She is also a crossing guard at a local elementary school. She says, " I stay busy, and love to stay on the go." And it shows. Cristen loves working with the children and the horses here at Horse Play.. And apart from all of this, she is also on the Board of Directors for Horse Play, Inc.

Kris Mosley

Morning Caretaker

Kris grew up in Rutherford County TN and moved to Winchester, TN in 2019. She worked as a Registered Dental Assistant for 33 years in the Nashville, TN area. She has always had a passion for ministering to children and caring for animals. After moving to Winchester, she attended a side-walker class and has been volunteering ever since. Kris considers it a privilege to work at Horse Play as a caretaker and is passionate about the children, horses and the programs. Kris is also on the Board of Directors at Horse Play, Inc.

Vita Florio

Evening & Weekend Caretaker

Vita is a former Real Estate agent and just recently moved to Tennessee from Virginia. She was looking for something to do and found Horse Play, Inc. She has a passion for horses, and quickly jumped at the chance to work with them when learning we had an opening for a weekend caretaker. Vita loves the horses at Horse Play, and the horses love her!

Donald Golden

Facilities Manager

Donald is a Realtor at Weichert Realtors, Joe Orr & Associates, but he loves to get his hands dirty. He recently has become our Facilities Manager and is a go-getter. He has already started and finished many projects to improve our facility in the short time he has been with us. Donald is also a Horse Play, Inc. board member.
